Ella has been practicing and playing tennis since she was 3 years old. She is now the number 1 senior and junior Tennis player in Marlborough and does lots of tennis coaching for kids from the ages of 4 -14. She played in the Marlborough Girls College Senior A Netball team in 2023 and was chosen for Marlborough Girls College Sports Prefect for 2024.

She has won multiple times in the Marlborough and Nelson junior open tournaments, achieved 2nd place in the Wellington Interclub team’s division 1 final 2023, 1st in Rapaura doubles in 2021 and 2024, and once in Mixed doubles. She was also 1st in the Marlborough tennis residentials for 3 years and was Marlborough’s Tennis sports Female or Male of the Year in 2024.
