Daliah started dancing aged 5 and she has loved it ever since. In 2021 at the Impact Dance Competitions, Daliah and her dance partner placed 1st at Nationals and in 2022 they placed 1st at the Impact Regionals, causing an upset by beating dancers going to the Worlds. In 2022 at Hip Hop Unite, where the best of the best in NZ competed, Daliah placed 2nd in the Adult Duo. In the past 2 years, she has also taught hip-hop dance for the Marlborough Academy of Dance. Daliah has choreographed over 20 hip-hop dances for students which takes exceptional skill and commitment. Her motivation to be creative and help her students improve has enabled them to place well at competitions. Ultimately Daliah wants to be a professional dancer in NZ and to start up a dance studio or mentoring programme for young dancers.
